Congratulations to our very own Maria Larios-Horton, Director of English Learner and Parent Engagement Programs, who was selected by Future Leaders of America to receive the Latino Legacy Award.
She will be honored at an awards ceremony on March 29. The event recognizes leaders in our community who take the initiative to go above and beyond by: coaching sports teams, speaking for those who feel they do not have a voice or helping others develop their leadership skills. Congratulations Maria, and thank you for your dedication to our students and families!

Recibirá dicho galardón en una ceremonia de reconocimientos que tendrá lugar el 29 de marzo. En este evento se reconocen a aquellos líderes en nuestra comunidad que han tomado la iniciativa de superar las expectativas al: entrenar a equipos deportivos, fungir como portavoz de aquellas personas que sienten que no tienen voz o ayudar a otros a desarrollar sus destrezas de liderazgo.
