Open to students ages 9-16 with at least one year experience on violin, viola, cello and bass

June 18-28th – Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays

12:30-3:30PM at the First United Methodist Church 


The cost of the camp is $95 per student.   Please contact Katie Szopa at or call 805-284-9125 with any questions.  You can sign up online below, or print out a registration form, fill out and send into our office with a payment.  We have a limited amount of scholarships available for students who receive free/reduced lunch.  If you are in need of a scholarship, do NOT sign up online.  Print out one of the registration forms below, fill it out and bring in with a copy of your free/reduced lunch letter.

**This camp was formerly the Goleta Valley Junior High String Camp, run by Jeff Peterson.  The Santa Barbara Education Foundation feels honored that Jeff has passed the torch and SBEF along with Director Angela Miller will be holding the camp at the First United Methodist Church this summer.
